Core idea

LigaWerk is built for smaller and specialized team sports that need professional digital tools and often finance their competition operations from their own resources.

The pricing is intended to make a realistic entry possible while also covering operation, maintenance and ongoing development of the application.

Revenue from LigaWerk funds the ongoing optimization and further development of the platform. The more organizations use the solution, the stronger it can become for everyone involved.

Free entry point for non-binding evaluation.

• central roles and workflows can be tried out

Dedicated trial environment

Dedicated test instance with a subdomain. The start is possible either with a copy of the demo database or with a blank database and one admin account.

• dedicated subdomain

SaaS (Software as a Service)

Use by one association as an annual subscription. Hosting is included in the annual prices.

• setup fee EUR 590 incl. VAT; waived if the dedicated trial environment has already been paid
• 1 league: EUR 990 incl. VAT per year
• up to 3 leagues: EUR 1,490 incl. VAT per year
• up to 6 leagues: EUR 2,490 incl. VAT per year
• more than 6 leagues: price on request
• dedicated LigaWerk subdomain
• applies to the regular operation of one association within the selected league scope
• operation, security updates, bug fixes and technical maintenance
• hosting during SaaS use included
• regular data backup by the hosting provider
• backups can be retrieved for a fee if needed
• administration accounts for the tenant
• use of the base functions for master data, competition operations and public pages
• login and email communication either through a central LigaWerk mailbox or as real emails to the intended recipients

Not included:

• individual training sessions
• initial data imports
• development of custom importers or exporters
• website integrations, integration snippets or APIs
• customization of workflows, frontends or data models

Services that are not included can be offered by arrangement.

SaaS with integration

SaaS operation with guided introduction and integration into existing infrastructure. The fees for the matching SaaS package remain unchanged. Integration services are agreed in advance and offered as a separate introduction order.

Example calculation for a guided introduction:

• requirements alignment and introduction planning: EUR 290 incl. VAT
• preparation and review of data templates: EUR 290 incl. VAT
• initial import of agreed data: EUR 390 incl. VAT
• training for administration roles: EUR 290 incl. VAT
• launch support and review of public pages and access: EUR 230 incl. VAT
• example total: EUR 1,490 incl. VAT

The concrete scope is defined before commissioning. If individual components are omitted or additional work is required, the offer is adjusted accordingly.

Separately by effort or offer:

• development of required importers and exporters
• integration snippets for existing websites
• special frontends for public data
• APIs for master data or competition operations
• complex data transfers from third-party systems

Dedicated installation

Dedicated installation on a server of your choice.

This option is intended for organizations that deliberately want to take responsibility for operation, data protection, updates and technical maintenance themselves.

  • license model, for example single license without redistribution rights or separately agreed redistribution rights
  • number of installations, instances or countries of use
  • server and operating environment
  • deployment and update path
  • scope of handover, documentation and onboarding for own operation

  • rules for source code access, handover scope and reuse
• operation on own server infrastructure
• technical requirements, deployment and update path are agreed in advance
• support, maintenance and training according to the agreed scope of services
• source code access and redistribution rights only by separate agreement
