Terms of Use

Purpose of the Application

LigaWerk is a web application for organising league operations in team sports. The application supports master data, club and association administration, season and league administration, competition operations, game reports, referee and official processes, licenses, communication and public evaluations.

Demo and Test Access

Demo and test access is used to review functions, workflows and sample data. It may only be used within the agreed scope. Test data may be reset, changed or deleted. Demo access does not create any claim to permanent availability or to the transfer of data into later product operation.

Product Operation

In product operation, use is governed by the respectively agreed scope of services. Clubs, associations and authorised users are responsible for using the application only within the scope of their tasks and permissions.

User Obligations

Users must treat access data, login links and account access confidentially. Entries must be factually correct, up to date and necessary for the respective purpose. Rights and roles must not be bypassed or passed on to unauthorised persons.

Responsibility for Club and Personal Data

Anyone entering club, association, membership, roster, license, game report, referee or other personal data must be authorised to do so and bears the technical responsibility for the correctness of the data. Incorrect or no longer required data must be corrected or reported for clarification.

Uploads of Images and Documents

Images, photos, logos and documents may only be uploaded if the required rights, consents and releases are available. This applies in particular to personal photos, minors, club logos and publicly visible files. Unlawful or rights-infringing content must not be uploaded.

Prohibited Use and Abuse

Prohibited uses include, in particular, attacks on the application, automated mass access without approval, manipulation of data, circumvention of permissions, unlawful content, insulting or discriminatory entries and any use outside the agreed purpose.

Blocking of Access

Access may be blocked or restricted if abuse is suspected, security reasons require this, roles are no longer needed or these Terms of Use are violated.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

LigaWerk is operated and developed with reasonable care. Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. For demo, test and evaluation phases, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. For product operation, the respectively agreed contractual provisions take precedence.

Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Use may be adapted if functions, legal requirements, operating processes or the agreed scope of services change. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate form.
