License and Review Office Context

Goal

This context explains the license-application workflow from the club and review-office perspective: create draft, maintain application data, upload documents, submit, answer follow-up questions, review and decide the application, then check the created license and its effect in league operations.

Player-list registration is handled in club game operations and association review. This chapter focuses on licenses and the review-office process that supports player, coach, referee and official eligibility checks.

Role and Permission

  • Club administrator starts and maintains applications for people in the club context.
  • Review office checks applications, asks questions and decides.
  • League administration reads license effects in player, coach and referee workflows.
  • Administrator supports correction only where the workflow allows it.

Prerequisites

  • Person and club membership exist.
  • Required person data is maintained.
  • The club workspace is active for club-side application work.
  • Review office access is active for decision work.
  • Documents are available where the application type requires them.
