Status showing that a club has submitted its team page.

Explanation
Submitted means that the club has handed the team page with coaches, game recorders and lineup over to the game report. After that, normal club edits are locked until the team page is reopened.
Practical example
The club submits its team page before the game; the game recorder checks it on site afterwards.
